Your Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintenance & Calibration

  • Conduct the PPM/LLF jobs assigned as per the schedule and record them in respective registers
  • Carry out breakdown maintenance during production activities on time
  • Carry out scheduled calibrations and inspection checks across the plant
  • Carry out monthly CBM/Thermography activities

Documentation & Communication

  • Record and communicate all activities in log registers and to the reliever
  • Record work order/work permit for all factory jobs
  • Recording of all shift activities and communicating pending work/important observations
  • Ensure 100% data capturing

Compliance & Safety

  • Adhere to safety requirements
  • 100% compliance with schedule and non-conformance clearing
  • Ensure safe working conditions
  • Maintain a safe working place

Continuous Improvement & Resource Management

  • Generate ideas and participate in factory CI programs
  • Track and report critical spares availability in the Engineering store
  • Ensure no time plant is stopped for want of spares
  • The time taken to do the job and ensure it is not getting repeated
  • Ensure no measurement system is overdue at any point of time

The Job Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

HND. / BSC. Electrical & other related Engineering courses.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Technical Skills

  • Very good computer skills (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access packages)
  • Very good in handling numbers/figures
  • Strong technical skills
  • Good Financial analysis skills

Professional Skills

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to spot improvement opportunities fast
  • Good time management skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership skills

Work Experience

Minimum of 2 years' related work experience
