We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business/Marketing Officer to support the growth of our client’s business by driving sales, developing marketing strategies, and maintaining excellent relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will be proactive, persuasive, and customer-centric, with the ability to identify new market opportunities and meet sales targets.

Your Job Description

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with current and prospective clients.
• Actively market company products and services to targeted customer segments including construction sites, engineers, developers, painters, schools, offices, and organizations.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key and potential customers.
• Provide weekly reports on marketing progress and results.
• Attend to customer requests and escalate to the Sales Manager where needed.
• Achieve assigned sales targets consistently.

The Job Requirements

• OND in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in sales or marketing, preferably in paint, construction, or FMCG sectors.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to drive will be an added advantage.
