Your Job Description at Dangote Group
Analyze truck maintenance history to verify previously issued spare parts.
Calculate kilometers covered by trucks between spare issuances to assess material needs.
Create and manage maintenance orders in SAP to ensure smooth workflow.
Ensure maintenance notifications are raised with accurate notification types.
Close maintenance orders monthly to facilitate timely account settlements.
Raise reservations for spare parts across all maintenance workshops.
Ensure spares are issued in SAP using correct material codes and documentation.
Liaise with storekeepers to reconcile SAP stock balances with physical inventory.
Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or excesses, supporting just-in-time availability.
Coordinate equipment transfers between business units.
Track and document inter-plant movement of trucks and related assets.
Support the coding and commissioning of new trucks in SAP.
The Job Requirements at Dangote Group
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2β3 years of experience in material or maintenance operations, preferably in a logistics or fleet environment.
Skills
Solid understanding of SAP (especially MM module).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to analyze data and support decision-making with relevant insights.
Effective communication and collaboration across departments.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
