Your Job Description
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Possess excellent knowledge in Elevator-Lift operations and safety interlocks.
Demonstrate excellent troubleshooting skills in malfunctions and specialized knowledge to fix issues.
Have knowledge in the study and selection of spare parts and specialized PCB cards.
Exhibit excellent knowledge in adjustment of moving mechanical parts and alignment works.
Be familiar with a variety of tools and techniques used in lifts.
Properly implement monthly maintenance and safety checks.
Interface PCB cards with computers to study parameters if required.
Have operational experience in Kone and Alimak Lifts (added advantage).
Follow up for lift safety certificates from the relevant authorities.
Supervise or train project team members.
Maintain elevator electrical equipment, panels, motors, etc.
Work collaboratively with a variety of technicians.
Have knowledge of electrical standards.
Follow and implement SOPs, SWPs, and OJTs.
Prepare and follow ISO documents in a systematic manner.
The Job Requirements
Requirements:
HND / BSc in Electrical/Electronics Engineering – Certificate in Elevator maintenance / safety will be an added qualification.
Minimum of 6 years of post-qualification experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment in Elevator Lift operations and maintenance.
Excellent knowledge in Elevator-Lift operations and safety interlocks.
Excellent troubleshooting skills in malfunctions and specialized knowledge to fix those issues.
Knowledge in study and selection of spare parts and specialized PCB cards.
Excellent knowledge in adjustment of moving mechanical parts and alignment works.
