The role involves managing outlets, staff performance, quality control, cost management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Your Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise all food and beverage operations across outlets.

  • Ensure excellent customer service standards and handle guest feedback or complaints professionally.

  • Develop and implement operational policies, service standards, and SOPs.

  • Manage budgets, control costs, and optimise revenue through effective pricing and promotions.

  • Monitor inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships to ensure quality and cost efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.

  • Collaborate with the kitchen team on menu planning, costing, and quality assurance.

The Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in food and beverage operations
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene regulations, and service best practices
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in POS systems and basic operational reporting tools
