To provide high-level administrative, logistical, and coordination support to the Managing Director (MD) by effectively planning, organizing, and managing official meetings, events, travel, correspondence, and documentation to ensure the MD’s office runs efficiently and professionally.
Have strong organizational and planning skills to manage complex schedules, coordinate travel arrangements, and organize meetings and events.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills to draft professional correspondence, reports, agendas, and minutes.
Have strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in travel plans, documentation, and meeting records.
Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and possess good digital literacy skills.
Minimum of bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience providing executive or administrative support at senior management level.
