About the Job

We are looking to hire an Executive Assistant for our executive client. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, can manage multiple priorities on behalf of the CEO and can work in a fast-paced environment while upholding the privacy of confidential and sensitive information. She will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and show high ethical standards in the way they conduct work.

Your Job Description

  • Perform administrative tasks including maintaining calendars, coordinating schedules, planning functions, making travel arrangements, and managing accounts.
  • Prepare internal and external communications including letters, professional communications, and other related documents.
  • Demonstrate interest in working on problems of diverse scope such as coordinating department all-hands meetings and improving team operations.
  • Effectively manage the Executive calendar(s), which may include large, global recurring team meetings, note-taking and action item follow-up from meetings, materials preparation, and agenda setting if needed.
  • Manage events and company internal and external projects.
  • Coordinate with vendors, partners, and other stakeholders on various tasks assigned.

The Job Requirements

  • HND or University degree or post-graduate diploma or similar.
  • 3 years+ experience operating as an Executive Assistant supporting a variety of Executives and teams, preferably with C-level support experience.
  • A demonstrated ability to work with confidential information and operate with high ethical standards.
  • Ability to be flexible and multi-task while working with competing priorities.
  • Expert level of MS Office skills including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other notable management tools.
  • Is a creative problem-solver, adapts well to change, and can independently resolve any challenges through proposing and executing solutions.
  • Proven ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels within the organization, including senior management.
  • Excellent presentation and organizational skills.
