The holder has to support the JV Onshore in all tasks and domains as advised by Senior Liaison Officer, such as: Work with the Admin team to follow- up payments for running contracts especially salaries and monthly-related performance report by department

Job Dimensions

  • Support JV Onshore to follow up payments for running contracts, especially salary-related.
  • Prepare monthly performance report by department.

Activities

  • Work in close relationship with JV Onshore admin team for monthly performance.
  • Work in close relationship with Finance team to follow up running contract monthly payments.
  • Work with Cost Control monthly report for transaction listing and commitment analysis presentation.
  • Support NUIMS BUDGET / Performance defense.

The Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Graduate with at least 5 years of experience of work in the Oil & Gas Industry.
  • Must be Excel / PowerPoint expert.
  • Must be very analytical with the ability to propose innovative and workable alternatives or solutions.
  • Very fluent in spoken and written English.
