What You Bring

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in short form video editing or social content production.
• Strong editing skills in Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar tools.
• Experience posting across social platforms and optimizing content for each format.
• Ability to cut quickly, maintain quality, and publish on a consistent schedule.
• Strong writing skills for titles, captions, and social copy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle high volume output.
• Comfort working with financial, macroeconomic, or news-driven topics (or willingness to learn fast).
• Familiarity with tools like Opus AI, Descript, or AI-assisted editing workflows.

Nice To Have

• Background in financial media, newsrooms, or macro commentary.
• Experience with Streamyard, vMix, or similar recording platforms.
• Journalism or newsroom experience.
• Familiarity with gold, commodities, or economic cycles.
