Your Job Description

THE JOB

  • Perform day-to-day administration tasks, including user management, access control, and security configuration
  • Monitor system performance and availability, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance
  • Manage system backups, disaster recovery plans, and system upgrades
  • Coordinate with IT teams to ensure integration and interoperability of the ERP system with other IT systems
  • Configure and customize the ERP application based on business requirements
  • Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into system configurations
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configuration, workflows, and business rules
  • Conduct testing and validation of system configurations and customizations
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end users, addressing their inquiries and issues related to the ERP system

The Job Requirements

The Person Must

  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess good understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
  • Be detail-oriented with a structured approach to system management.
  • Have strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Be proactive in identifying system improvements and optimizations.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with proficiency in SQL and database management.
  • Working knowledge of Power BI and relevant ERP certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in ERP application administration with strong knowledge of ERP systems, modules, and functionalities.
  • Hands-on experience in system configuration, customization, and supporting business users within an ERP environment.
