About the Job

We are building a dataset that captures real computer usage to train next-generation AI systems capable of understanding how people interact with software. As an LLM Trainer (Computer Interaction Recording), you will capture your screen while completing structured, multi-step tasks—such as configuring tools, exploring applications, or executing productivity workflows.

Your recordings, along with event annotations, will help improve AI models’ ability to interpret and anticipate user actions.

Your Job Description

Your Daily Responsibilities

  • Record your screen as you perform a variety of assigned digital tasks.
  • Follow detailed step-by-step instructions to complete each workflow accurately.
  • Deliver clean, uninterrupted, high-quality recordings.
  • Annotate or confirm user actions (clicks, keystrokes, interactions) when required.
  • Keep file naming and documentation consistent and error-free.
  • Strictly follow all data-handling and privacy guidelines.

Task Categories

You will work across many types of software and workflows, including:

  • Productivity & Education tools: note-taking, planning, or learning platforms.
  • Software & Dev Environments: configuring tools or environments (no coding tasks).
  • Analytics & Monitoring: navigating dashboards or basic data views.
  • Creative & Design Tools: simple actions in visual or design interfaces.
  • General Computer Use: browsing, settings, file management, and similar tasks.

Tools will vary — adaptability and curiosity to explore new interfaces are essential.

The Job Requirements

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical or programming-related field.
  • Computer with 16 GB RAM or more.
  • Strong ability to follow precise written instructions.
  • Comfortable navigating different software tools and digital environments.
  • Basic technical knowledge — ability to install or configure software from a guide.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with IDEs (e.g., Visual Studio, PyCharm) or simple coding concepts.
  • High attention to detail in both recording and labeling.
  • Reliable device and stable internet connection.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow secure data practices.
