Your Job Description

Your Responsibilities...

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person channels.
Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and platform features.
Log and track customer interactions using internal CRM tools.
Ensure professional, courteous, and timely service delivery at all times.
Maintain a clean, presentable appearance while representing the company.

The Job Requirements

To be considered for this role you should have:

Minimum of OND in any relevant field
Previous customer service experience, ideally within fintech, banking, or related industries
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Personable, well-groomed, and professionally presented
Strong attention to detail and a calm, helpful attitude
