In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them navigate issues, answering inquiries, and ensuring they enjoy a smooth, positive experience at every touchpoint.

Your Job Description

Your Responsibilities...

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person channels.
  • Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and platform features.
  • Log and track customer interactions using internal CRM tools.
  • Ensure professional, courteous, and timely service delivery at all times.
  • Maintain a clean, presentable appearance while representing the company.

The Job Requirements

To be considered for this role you should have:

  • Minimum of OND in any relevant field
  • Previous customer service experience, ideally within fintech, banking, or related industries
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Personable, well-groomed, and professionally presented
  • Strong attention to detail and a calm, helpful attitude
