We’re reinventing the payments experience by making it easy and reliable for everyone to transfer money, pay bills, and shop online.

We are looking for an HR Supervisor who will be responsible for growing and supervising the Human Resources team's day-to-day operations to ensure high productivity. The ideal candidate will be involved in HR practices such as recruitment, benefits administration, training, conflict resolution, and other operational tasks.

The right candidate should be well-versed in HR best practices, company procedures, and labor law. You should also have excellent administrative skills, be able to communicate across all levels, and have experience with HRIS, ATS, and LMS tools. Observant, proactive, and big-picture thinking is key.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct interviews, recruit, and vet new staff
  • Arrange training for new hires and refresher workshops for existing employees
  • Advise staff on internal HR policies and external regulations
  • Collaborate with top management to assess hiring needs
  • Manage recruitment team and assist in job postings, interviews, shortlisting, and onboarding
  • Oversee compensation evaluations, benefit audits, and diversity planning
  • Identify and address performance issues, training needs, and career development
  • Assist in the performance appraisal process with scheduling and form management
  • Handle administrative tasks and process paperwork accurately
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by top management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position
  • Professional HR certification is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, administration, and labor laws
  • Experience in performance management and employee engagement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management tools
  • Excellent administrative capabilities
