They have developed a digital transformation across various industries like telecommunications, enterprise operations, payment systems, cybersecurity, and software development, and inspired a wave of change they are looking to hire a Marketing Executive.The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products/services, build brand awareness, and drive sales.

Your Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute developed marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels (social media, email, blog, etc.).
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges for viral content promotion.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform brand marketing brainstorming and activities.
  • Write engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, blog posts, press materials, and email campaigns.
  • Create high-quality content for social media platforms, including design direction, reel videos, video hosting, picture modeling, event hosting, and post captions.
  • Develop and support engagement campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer loyalty, and sales across social media, blogs, and email.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, creative) to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain social media presence, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and analyzing engagement metrics.
  • Compile reports, analyze campaign results, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights for future initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain the marketing budget, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution of campaigns.

The Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 3–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar industry.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent communication, creative, and analytical skills.

  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, tactics, and tools (social media, email marketing, etc.).

  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and analytics tools.
