We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the execution of day-to-day marketing activities,
coordinate campaigns, and assist with content creation and digital outreach. The ideal candidate is
organized, proactive, and eager to grow within a dynamic marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns and content calendars.
Support the creation of marketing materials, including blog posts, social media content, email newsletters, and promotional assets.
Help manage social media accounts and schedule posts using tools like Buffer, Later, or Hootsuite.
Coordinate and track the performance of email marketing campaigns.
Conduct market and competitor research to support campaign planning.
Maintain and update the company’s website and landing pages as needed.
Track and report on campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics.
Organize and maintain marketing files, contact databases, and digital assets.
Support the team in coordinating events, webinars, and outreach activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, WordPress, social schedulers).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Attention to detail and a willingness to learn new tools and systems.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with basic graphic design or content creation.
Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (SEO, PPC, email, analytics).
Interest in growing into a full-scale marketing or communications role.
