We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the execution of day-to-day marketing activities, coordinate campaigns, and assist with content creation and digital outreach. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to grow within a dynamic marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns and content calendars.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials, including blog posts, social media content, email newsletters, and promotional assets.
  • Help manage social media accounts and schedule posts using tools like Buffer, Later, or Hootsuite.
  • Coordinate and track the performance of email marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support campaign planning.
  • Maintain and update the company’s website and landing pages as needed.
  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Organize and maintain marketing files, contact databases, and digital assets.
  • Support the team in coordinating events, webinars, and outreach activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, WordPress, social schedulers).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail and a willingness to learn new tools and systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with basic graphic design or content creation.
  • Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (SEO, PPC, email, analytics).
  • Interest in growing into a full-scale marketing or communications role.
