Your Job Description
THE JOB
Operate and monitor process lines in line with established SOPs (start-up, operation, shutdown).
Control process parameters to ensure optimal production performance.
Maintain FIFO for raw materials during processing.
Execute production schedules and follow instructions from Shift Supervisors.
Identify and resolve process issues, working closely with maintenance teams.
Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of process equipment in line with best practices.
Report breakdowns promptly and support quick resolution to minimize downtime.
Support planned preventive maintenance activities as required.
Monitor product quality at various stages and escalate deviations immediately.
Ensure efficient utilization of raw materials to minimize waste and losses.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs.

Have basic computer skills.

QUALIFICATION
5 O’Level credits, including Mathematics and English.
NABTEB / City & Guilds (C&G) Technical in Electrical or related discipline.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of two years’ relevant experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
