The Job
Carry out troubleshooting of electrical faults on heavy duty machines such as Forklifts, Wheel loaders, Cranes, Bobcats, Excavators, Telehandlers, Container handlers, Hiab Trucks, Cherie picker, etc.
Repair and maintain all electrical faults on heavy duty machines β PMS, AGO & Battery powered.
Carry out routine, preventive, and scheduled electrical maintenance on all heavy equipment.
Conduct regular electrical checks in line with best maintenance practices and drive autonomy in electrical checks.
Ensure proper documentation and generation of service reports on equipment maintained.
The Job Requirements
The Person Must
Have good verbal and written communication skills.
Possess strong knowledge of electrical systems and components in heavy-duty machines such as forklifts, cranes, excavators, wheel loaders, and similar equipment.
Be proficient in diagnosing and repairing electrical faults, including starter motors, alternators, and wiring systems.
Have hands-on experience in conducting preventive, routine, and scheduled electrical maintenance on heavy-duty equipment.
Qualifications
5 Oβ level Credits including English & Mathematics in not more than two sittings / Technical qualifications.
Experience
Minimum of two years of experience.
