We are seeking a skilled and dependable Electrician to manage all aspects of electrical installation, maintenance, and repairs within our hospitality facility. The ideal candidate will ensure uninterrupted power supply, safe electrical operations, and optimal functionality of all electrical systems to enhance the comfort and satisfaction of our guests and the efficiency of our operations.
Your Job Description
Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and control systems in guest rooms, kitchens, public areas, and offices.
Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and safety checks on all electrical systems and equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in circuits, switches, outlets, and other components.
Ensure strict compliance with national electrical codes, health and safety standards, and internal protocols.
Document all inspections, maintenance, and repair work carried out.
Respond swiftly to emergency power failures, electrical hazards, or safety alerts to minimize disruptions.
Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to plan and execute electrical tasks effectively.
Stay abreast of emerging electrical technologies and regulatory changes relevant to the hospitality sector.
The Job Requirements
Minimum of OND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Electrical Installation, or related technical field.
3-5 years proven hands-on experience in electrical work, preferably within a hotel, resort, or commercial facility.
Sound knowledge of electrical codes, diagrams, installation procedures, and safety practices.
Proficiency in using tools such as multimeters, testers, wire strippers, and circuit tracers.
Strong troubleshooting skills with attention to detail and safety consciousness.
Physically fit and able to work in high or confined spaces, if necessary.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and respond to emergency calls when needed.
