Your Job Description
THE JOB
Monitor packing machines to ensure proper functionality and report any unusual noise, malfunction, or operational issue.
Supervise Assistant Packing Machine Operators to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to operational standards.
Support the Packing Superintendent in ensuring machines operate and are adjusted according to approved standards.
Load and unload products into packaging machines and remove rejected or defective packages during operations.
Maintain housekeeping and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and hygienic production environment.
Participate in routine maintenance activities to support optimal machine performance.
Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies.
Generate and maintain accurate reports on production and packaging activities.

QUALIFICATION
5 O’Level credits, including Mathematics and English.
NABTEB / City & Guilds (C&G) Technical in Electrical or related discipline.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of two years’ relevant experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
