Your Job Description

Job Duties

Under general supervision, performs diagnoses, repairs, preventative maintenance, and inspections on down-hole tools and other equipment used in down-hole operations.
Coordinates activities related to the maintenance, repair, and calibration of down-hole tools and surface equipment.
Promotes service excellence and ensures high levels of customer satisfaction.
Provides guidance, mentoring, and training support to less experienced repair and maintenance personnel, including assisting tool technicians.
Acts as a Train-the-Trainer to support training initiatives on lifecycle or legacy tool lines.
Ensures all duties are carried out in a safe, efficient, and effective manner.
Assists in evaluating equipment performance and making recommendations for improvements based on maintenance history.
Applies specialized skills such as mechanical aptitude, interpretation of drawings and schematics, use of precision measurement tools, computer proficiency, and assembly or disassembly of down-hole equipment.
Requires a technical school certificate or equivalent, with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in mechanical equipment repair and maintenance; an Associate’s degree or higher is preferred.
