Job Summary

To support the implementation of the Interface Management System and processes to deliver a robust and effective interface management within the project.

To lead the execution of interface agreements throughout the interface agreement lifecycle and facilitate, monitor and report on the effectiveness of Interface Agreement process with internal and external stakeholders to ensure and assure effective and efficient application of interface agreement management practices in support of project milestones.

Job Details

Leadership

  • Provide positive leadership to subordinates.
  • Contribute to the management of project leadership to support project progress and the business growth.
  • Provide advice and support to all project team members.
  • Coach and mentor the project team to ensure professionalism and the company’s core values are maintained.

Core/Technical

  • Execution and management of the interface management system and process within the project.
  • Prepare and report on the effectiveness of the Interface Agreement process performance and suggest and implement improvements.
  • “Right size” the application of the interface agreement process as appropriate.
  • Responsible for maintaining the project technical interface database, factual reporting of Interface Agreement status and delivering communication to management as appropriate.
  • Lead and contribute in Interface Agreement Workshops with Company and Contractor to ensure compliance.
  • Manage and update the Interface Tracking Database, recording correspondence with internal and external parties and ensuring resolution.
  • Develop guidelines, processes, and procedures necessary to support and control the Interface Agreement process for project(s).
  • Manage information related to the interface agreement required to develop commercial agreements and similar documentation.
  • Plan the interface work based on project milestones and objectives.
  • Contribute to the COMPANY Lessons Learned process.
  • Organize meetings for internal and external Interface Management activities as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor in Engineering (B. Eng).
  • Professional HR certification: NSE, COREN, PMP.
  • 8 years’ experience in a major projects environment and/or operations and maintenance of hydrocarbon processing facilities, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of the Interface Agreement Management System, Process & Execution.
