Store Assistant

To help with sales records, inventory management, and store operations.

Location: Lekki Phase 1

Salary: N100,000 - N150,000

Responsibilities:

  • Record all sales transactions – Ensure that every sale made in the store is properly written down or entered into the store’s sales record.
  • Keep track of inventory and stock movement – Monitor fabric stock levels, update records when new stock arrives, and note when stock is running low.
  • Manage deliveries – Receive and document new fabric deliveries, check for any issues, and arrange them in the store accordingly.
  • Coordinate deliveries to ensure customers’ orders are properly packed, labeled, and dispatched as expected. Follow up with dispatch riders and keep customers updated on delivery progress when necessary.
  • Organize store records – Ensure all store activities (sales, stock, deliveries) are properly recorded and can be easily tracked when needed.
  • Welcome customers and assist with inquiries when needed. Be polite and professional in receiving customers and helping with any basic questions they might have.
  • Work closely with other team members – Support the store’s daily operations and ensure a smooth workflow.

Requirements:

  • Must be organized and detail-oriented.
  • Basic record-keeping skills (can be manual or digital).
  • Ability to follow instructions.
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative.
