The Job Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
5–7 years of proven sales or account management experience (B2B experience).
A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Experience leading cross-functional collaboration to deliver tailored solutions.
Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven sales reporting.
