We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to support our client recruitment projects within our HR consulting practice. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating hiring processes across different job levels.
Your Job Description
Source candidates using databases, social media, and job boards
Review CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Conduct phone screenings and schedule interviews
Assist with job postings and advertisement of vacancies
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Support senior recruiters with client reporting and interview coordination
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Ensure smooth onboarding of placed candidates
The Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
2–3 years of hands-on experience in recruiting or talent sourcing
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with sourcing techniques and basic applicant tracking systems
Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
