Your Job Description
Lead the development of Hugo’s capability index, mapping talent strengths and gaps across the workforce and external talent pools, and aligning insights with business needs.
Monitor industry trends and internal data to surface skill gaps early and build proactive strategies for upskilling and staffing readiness.
Design and validate high-impact assessments that benchmark cognitive potential, academic aptitude, and workflow readiness, partnering with domain experts to ensure relevance and rigor.
Support scalable training program design, working closely with Product and Academy leads to turn insights into targeted learning interventions.
Coordinate testing cycles and engagement strategies, managing internal and external assessments in partnership with AI Ops and Delivery teams, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum participation.
The Job Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications/Experience:
Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic planning and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to shape new systems and processes from the ground up.
Analytical Expertise: Comfort working with unstructured data and high volumes of information, able to navigate complexity and generate meaningful insights.
Adaptability: Thrives in fast-evolving, ambiguous environments; can operate without a clear blueprint and still deliver structure and progress.
Creative Execution: Ability to ideate and prototype quickly; good at spotting capability gaps and improvising workable, scalable solutions.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and influence stakeholders across diverse functions.
Drive to Action: Demonstrated ability to translate fuzzy problems into structured outputs, using data and qualitative inputs to drive decisions.
Preferred Background:
Should have 4+ years in program management, workforce strategy, or related fields, with a significant portion in senior or lead roles.
Proven track record of leading large-scale projects.
Prior experience or exposure to Assessment design, Learning & development (L&D), Organizational development (OD) or psychology, Competency modeling, Workforce capability frameworks, People analytics and/or HR consulting is a strong plus.
Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.
