Power Data Analyst at American Tower

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and track daily diesel level across Managed Sites.
  • Monitor IPMS/Hybrid/Solar/PHCN (OPEX DEVICE) sites performance after reactivation to get diesel savings and ensure prompt escalation of non-functional sites for immediate investigation and resolution of issues.
  • Monitor consumption pattern of every site and compile actual consumption reports for all sites.
  • Track and capture daily/weekly diesel movements.
  • Report faulty hour counters for immediate attention.
  • Prepare and attend weekly diesel level review with Customer.
  • Call FME for daily diesel level updates.
  • Daily tracking of the following Apps:
    • Galooli App
    • Siterra App
  • Escalate irregularities on diesel theft and follow up until root cause is identified.
  • Draw up site-wise diesel allocation.
  • Follow up on Diesel Allocation Schedule with Energy team.
  • Track Diesel Pickup progress from the Bulk supplier/ISM and immediately flag any show stoppers to stakeholders for resolution.
  • Follow up on Diesel Pickup & Delivery to sites.
  • Provide regular Diesel Supply updates with Customers.
  • Identify and escalate to internal management any anomalies of diesel deliveries (e.g., Under Supply, Wrong Calibrations, and 3rd Party Wrong Meter Reading).
  • Prepare/validate diesel consumption details to the Energy team.
  • Validate consumption reports presented by ISMs.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering, Statistics or a related field of study from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in Telecommunications site operations support and analytics.
