Your Job Description
Allocation of Machine operators effectively on machine, supervising frequently all over machine working hours
Follow the machine output monitoring and solve the machine line problems such as processing and molds related; if it’s not in control, take prime responsibility to inform production executive
Responsible to control the mold change over time and plan change over time as instructed by production executive
Make sure the quality of product is as per the QA during mold change and monitoring during machine running time
Responsible for monitoring the machine cycle time as per the machine calibration report which is taken daily
The Job Requirements
OND/HND/Bachelor Degree in any field
Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, preferably within the plastic production sector
Relevant trainings and certifications
Excellent manufacturing skills, and ability to handle pressure in a positive manner
Passionate about work, energetic, and maintaining a positive attitude
Excellent interpersonal, writing, communication, and presentation skills, including the ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally with Production Executive
