We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with a proven track record in running high-performing paid ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and Google Ads. If you're driven by data, passionate about optimizing funnels, and skilled in turning ad spend into real growth — we’d love to meet you.
While experience with crypto or fintech products is a strong plus, we’re primarily looking for someone who lives and breathes performance marketing and can hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Google Ads, and other channels.
Drive user acquisition, track growth KPIs, and continuously optimize the customer funnel.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance (CPC, CPA, ROI) with a performance-first mindset.
Run A/B tests to improve ad creatives, copy, targeting, and conversion rates.
Collaborate with the product, design, and marketing teams to align campaigns with strategic goals.
Optimize landing pages and user journeys to improve conversions.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and others to report results and recommend improvements.
Ensure compliance with platform policies (especially if/when handling crypto-related campaigns).
Key Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in paid advertising and performance marketing.
Strong analytical skills and experience working with platforms like Google Analytics, Facebook/Meta Ads Manager, and similar tools.
Ability to build and scale marketing funnels and landing pages.
Excellent grasp of SEO, SEM, keyword targeting, and conversion optimization.
Strong creative eye for ad design and copywriting.
Experience in crypto or fintech is a plus, but not required.
