Job Description

Our client is a reputable and fast-growing pharmaceutical company with a strong presence across Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive sales growth across all regions in Nigeria.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for market penetration and expansion.
  • Manage and motivate a large sales force to achieve performance targets.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with major pharmaceutical distributors.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 13 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 6 years in a similar National Sales Manager role.
  • Strong knowledge of the Nigerian open market structure.
  • Proven experience managing a sales team of 30 or more.
  • Hands-on experience across all regions of Nigeria.
  • Bachelor's degree in Science or a related field.
