Job Description
Our client is a reputable and fast-growing pharmaceutical company with a strong presence across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive sales growth across all regions in Nigeria.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for market penetration and expansion.
- Manage and motivate a large sales force to achieve performance targets.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with major pharmaceutical distributors.
Requirements
- Minimum of 13 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 6 years in a similar National Sales Manager role.
- Strong knowledge of the Nigerian open market structure.
- Proven experience managing a sales team of 30 or more.
- Hands-on experience across all regions of Nigeria.
- Bachelor's degree in Science or a related field.
