About the Job
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Medical Sales Representative to drive sales of medical and diagnostic equipment across Lagos Mainland. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our market share by building relationships with healthcare providers and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs. Prior experience in medical equipment, hospital supplies, or HMO sales is highly desirable.
Your Job Description
Develop and manage client accounts within the Lagos Mainland territory
Promote and sell medical and laboratory equipment to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, and healthcare providers
Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations to medical professionals
Identify new business opportunities and convert leads to closed deals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Provide timely market intelligence, feedback, and competitor insights
Support post-sales activities including follow-up, basic training, and customer support
The Job Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in medical equipment or HMO sales
HND or B.Sc. in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Medical Laboratory Science, or related fields
Strong knowledge of medical equipment and healthcare industry dynamics
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing client relationships
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, accountable, and able to work with minimal supervision
Must be resident on or able to commute daily to Lagos Mainland
