Your Job Description at Dangote Group
Operate assigned Light Motor Vehicles in a safe and efficient manner, following all relevant traffic laws, regulations, and company procedures.
Perform daily safety inspections and basic maintenance checks on the vehicle.
Conduct pre-operational checks and ensure vehicles are cleaned, lubricated, and refueled as per schedule or operational needs.
Monitor vehicle performance and report any maintenance or repair requirements to the Supervisor promptly.
Ensure routine servicing and cleanliness of the vehicle are maintained at all times.
Follow proper safety procedures and promote workplace safety during driving and loading/unloading tasks.
Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and maintenance checks when required.
Perform additional duties and transportation-related tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
The Job Requirements at Dangote Group
Primary School Certificate, a valid Classes C, E, G or H Driver's License + minimum of 10 years Corporate Driving Experience.
Good knowledge of light motor vehicles.
Good communication skills.
Good understanding of road safety rules and signs.
Baseline problem analysis and solving skills.
Flexible to work different shifts, weekends, and overtime when required.
