Job Description

Our client is a reputable and fast-growing pharmaceutical company with a strong presence across Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage key accounts and drive sales within assigned regions.
  • Develop strategies to strengthen relationships with key clients and distributors.
  • Achieve sales targets and ensure optimal coverage across designated markets.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives within the region.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 5 years in a Key Account Manager role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Nigeria’s open markets and regional sales dynamics.
  • Demonstrated leadership with experience managing a team of at least 30.
  • Must have operated across all geopolitical zones of Nigeria.
  • Degree in Pharmacy or any Science-related discipline.
