Your Job Description at Amaiden Energy Nigeria Limited

  • Perform stock counts at designated company locations.
  • Examine discrepancies identified during count and on reconciliation with inventory records.
  • Recount some or the entire inventory items until satisfied with the count result.
  • Consult warehouse personnel and the Stock Management and Inventory Control team as may be necessary for the purpose of delivering an accurate inventory count.
  • Conduct accurate inventory count of company stock at the warehouse locations in line with Company inventory Count procedures in a safe and efficient manner.
  • The inventory count is expected to be concluded across all locations within a time frame of 6 months.
  • Issue weekly a progress report of the inventory count highlighting and reporting shortages or overages.
  • Submit a draft report to Technical Logistics Management for review within 1 week of completing the inventory count.
  • Submit a final report of the inventory count within 1 week after receiving feedback from Technical Logistics Management on the draft report covering the following:
    • Total volume and value of materials counted.
    • Volume, value and percentage of accurate counts.
    • Volume, value and percentage of variances (Shortages and overages).
    • Reasons for the variances as may have been observed during the counts.
    • Highlight materials that are physically damaged which are observed during the count.
