Job Summary

We’re hiring a Head of Sales – North to lead our northern regional sales operations. This role is ideal for a commercially-savvy leader with strong knowledge of northern markets and a proven record of sales excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and drive sales performance across all northern territories.
  • Manage a team of Regional Sales Managers and field sales reps.
  • Design and implement regional growth strategies aligned with national goals.
  • Ensure high performance across key distributors and wholesale channels.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, and commercial teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Sales, or related field).
  • Years of experience in senior sales roles with strong trading acumen.
  • Demonstrated success managing regional teams and delivering sales targets.
  • Deep cultural understanding of the Northern Nigerian market.
  • Fluent in Hausa (mandatory).
