Key Responsibilities
Oversee and drive sales performance across all northern territories.
Manage a team of Regional Sales Managers and field sales reps.
Design and implement regional growth strategies aligned with national goals.
Ensure high performance across key distributors and wholesale channels.
Collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, and commercial teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Sales, or related field).
Years of experience in senior sales roles with strong trading acumen.
Demonstrated success managing regional teams and delivering sales targets.
Deep cultural understanding of the Northern Nigerian market.
