Your Job Description
You will oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.

You will lead and manage the accounting team, providing mentorship and professional development.
You will implement performance metrics to ensure operational efficiency.
You will oversee the bank reconciliation process, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
You will manage and safeguard company assets, ensuring accurate asset records.
You will provide strategic financial advice to support key business decisions and investment opportunities.
You will recommend and implement financial system improvements for better accuracy and efficiency.
You will ensure all payment transactions are reviewed, validated, and properly documented before disbursement.
You will review journal postings to ensure accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.

You will negotiate with banks to secure favorable terms for financial dealings.

The Job Requirements
A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA are preferred.
At least 7 years of experience in accounting and financial management, with leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, budgeting, and compliance regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
