Your Job Description

  • Plan, run, and optimize Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns (acquisition, retargeting, promos)
  • Manage influencer marketing (scout, pitch, track performance)
  • Design and execute growth experiments (referrals, flash sales, offline activations)
  • Collaborate with the content & social media team on campaigns and launches
  • Track growth KPIs: orders, CAC, ROAS, engagement, influencer impact
  • Prepare weekly growth reports and actionable insights

The Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years experience in digital marketing, growth, or performance marketing
  • Strong with Meta Ads Manager (or other paid ads platforms)
  • Has managed or worked with influencers before
  • Data-driven: understands CAC, CTR, ROAS, conversion rates, etc.
  • Creative with a local touch — knows how to market in Nigeria, especially outside Lagos
  • Self-motivated and execution-focused. You figure things out and get it done.

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have experience in food, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands
  • Are based in or familiar with Akure
  • Can write engaging copy and tweak creative ideas
