We are looking for a smart, organized, and customer-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the face of our wellness center. The ideal candidate will manage client appointments, welcome guests warmly, and ensure seamless front desk operations.

Your Job Description

  • Greet and attend to all visitors and clients professionally.
  • Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments.
  • Manage front desk cleanliness and supplies.
  • Maintain accurate client records and appointment schedules.
  • Provide support with daily administrative duties.
  • Handle basic billing or payment processing, if needed.

The Job Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Well-presented, courteous, and able to multitask.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient with basic office software and appointment management tools.
