About the Job

Our client is loking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated, and enthusiastic individual to join their Sales team as a FX Sales Executive. The role involves identifying and onboarding clients (businesses and individuals), building strong client relationships, sourcing cross-border transactions, and collaborating with their finance team to execute those transactions. In this role, you will also have the opportunity to build and manage your team from the ground up, drive business development, and grow financial services that add value to your clients.

Your Job Description

  • Business Development Responsibility:
    • You will develop business pipeline by identifying and focusing on potential HNI clients and businesses within the Nigerian market.
    • You will develop and implement effective marketing plans to acquire HNI clients and businesses.
  • Relationship Management Responsibility:
    • You will manage relationships and transactions with existing clients and businesses.
    • You will manage and execute customer requests, collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
    • You will drive client engagement and satisfaction with exceptional service.
  • Business Sales Responsibility:
    • You will develop and drive marketing and sales strategy to effectively communicate FX Bridge’s financial offerings to clients.
    • You will leverage knowledge of FX Bridge’s financial products and provide expert recommendations to clients based on their objectives.
    • You will drive the adoption of FX Bridge across the client portfolio and keep clients informed about market-relevant financial offerings to drive sales.
    • You will set and achieve monthly business targets.
  • Business Processes Responsibility:
    • You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and meet client expectations.
    • You will provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to achieve collective and individual goals (where applicable).

The Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of business development/client relationship management (HNIs and businesses) in the Finance Industry (Banking, FinTech, Insurance).
  • Established network of businesses/HNIs and proven experience in driving sales targets with client portfolio.
  • Deep understanding of financial products and services, especially foreign exchange and cross-border products. Familiarity with the local financial regulatory landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
