Your Job Description

• Assist in planning and executing direct marketing campaigns across events, email, referrals, influencers, and offline advertising.
• Draft email templates and coordinate email campaign schedules.
• Support event logistics, attendee communication, and small-scale activations.
• Create short-form content such as social media captions, simple blog posts, and basic graphics.
• Track key metrics like email open rates, clickthrough rates, and event participation.
• Prepare reports and share insights with the team.
• Collaborate with sales, growth, and brand teams to align activities.

The Job Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing with some exposure to customer acquisition.
• Familiarity with running campaigns across different channels (email, social, events, offline).
• Strong writing skills for content creation and copywriting.
• Basic experience using analytics tools to track campaign performance.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and collaborate with others.
• Experience supporting event marketing or offline activations.
