Your Job Description

  • Market Development & Sales Execution
  • You will identify, manage, and convert a robust pipeline of CNG offtakers into signed GSPAs
  • You will uncover new sales opportunities across different sectors and channels
  • You will negotiate and close key deals, including concessions and confidentiality agreements
  • You will build and maintain strategic partnerships to expand our footprint
  • Commercial Analysis & Reporting
  • You will analyze gas market trends and generate insights for decision-making
  • You will create structured sales reports, market profiles, and opportunity trackers
  • You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve go-to-market strategies
  • Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
  • You will lead client engagement activities, including meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
  • You will assess customer needs and tailor solutions that meet those needs profitably
  • You will maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Sales Planning & Strategy
  • You will support the design and execution of segmentation, penetration, and pricing strategies
  • You will track sales performance against targets and adjust plans for growth
  • You will help refine internal processes for sales activity tracking and reporting

The Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in business development or sales
  • Strong understanding of energy markets, particularly the natural gas value chain
  • A Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Economics, or a related field)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market signals
  • Proficiency in pipeline management and CRM tools
  • Confidence to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team
