Your Job Description
Market Development & Sales Execution
You will identify, manage, and convert a robust pipeline of CNG offtakers into signed GSPAs
You will uncover new sales opportunities across different sectors and channels
You will negotiate and close key deals, including concessions and confidentiality agreements
You will build and maintain strategic partnerships to expand our footprint
Commercial Analysis & Reporting
You will analyze gas market trends and generate insights for decision-making
You will create structured sales reports, market profiles, and opportunity trackers
You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve go-to-market strategies
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
You will lead client engagement activities, including meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
You will assess customer needs and tailor solutions that meet those needs profitably
You will maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Sales Planning & Strategy
You will support the design and execution of segmentation, penetration, and pricing strategies
You will track sales performance against targets and adjust plans for growth
You will help refine internal processes for sales activity tracking and reporting
The Job Requirements
3–5 years of proven experience in business development or sales
Strong understanding of energy markets, particularly the natural gas value chain
A Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Economics, or a related field)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market signals
Proficiency in pipeline management and CRM tools
Confidence to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team
