Business Development Executive - North Central (JOS Based) at Beiersdorf Nigeria

Your Tasks

  1. Assist in the coordination and implementation of the city investment strategy, maximizing long-term profitable growth within the set parameters.
  2. Develop and entrench sales fundamentals principles in the 3rd party sales team in accordance with the company's policies and strategies.
  3. Ensure streamlined implementation of the customer strategy at point of sales to further build market shares.
  4. Work with and support the 3rd party sales team to identify and implement actions for closing possible results gaps in the concerned point of sales when they occur.
  5. Act as the internal and external ‘city customer champion,’ ensuring customer and distributor relationships are established through partnership.
  6. Partner with distributors and develop distributor sales teams, focusing on distribution, in-market promotion, sales, stock management, POS implementation, payments, data collection, and analysis.
  7. Provide information on developments within the market, such as trade and competitor activity.

Your Profile

  1. Education: Business/Marketing-related Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university.
  2. Experience: 5 years’ experience in sales and a wide range of FMCG functions with a recognized FMCG company.
