Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related discipline
• 4-5 years of relevant working experience, including telecommunications billing infrastructure management
• Sound knowledge of billing platform solutions (Portal One Preferably)
• Sound knowledge of network types (LAN, WAN)
• Good knowledge of Linux OS, Windows Server OS, Virtualization (VMware and HyperV), Storage Area Networks (SAN), Routers, etc.
• Good knowledge of Relational Databases (e.g., MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL, etc.) and Queries

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain billing systems that support scalable, secure, and efficient financial transactions within our cyberspace platform
• Oversee the processing of transactions across various payment systems, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and security
• Conduct regular audits of billing processes and systems to ensure compliance with internal and external standards
• Collaborate with the customer support team to resolve any billing-related issues or disputes from users in cyberspace
• Provide technical support for billing-related queries, ensuring quick and efficient resolution of any billing discrepancies
