Job Description
The ideal candidate is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements based on potential customer expectations in wealth management and savings, defining the product vision, and working closely with the engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordination: You will be involved in all phases of the product lifecycle, from planning to release. You will work with the Chief Product Officer, keeping track of deadlines and ensuring smooth collaboration between teams (design, technology, QA, developers), and stakeholders (management, business development, customer experience, marketing, etc.).
- Research & Market Intelligence: You will gather data on the competitor landscape, user needs, and stay updated on banking and finance trends in the technology space.
- Data Analytics: You will perform recurrent analysis on product usage and extract key insights for improvement. You will also analyze important customer data points and competitive information.
- Reporting: You will present key findings on various product success KPIs, including insights on defects, improvements, status updates, and risk management.
- Documentation: You will document user stories and use cases for new features or product enhancements. You will also support the documentation of product release notes for internal and external communication.
- Information Hub: To perform well in this role, you must be a sponge—soaking up information about the core business, products, and features. You will act as a source of all things related to products and business to provide needed information across teams for better decision-making.
