Qualifications
Professor
Candidates must possess good B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in
Quantity Surveying from a recognized university and must be
registered Members of Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of
Nigeria, and member Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors. A
minimum of 10 years of teaching and research experience in an
approved tertiary institution is required. Demonstrable ability to
initiate, develop and supervise research projects; a good record of
scholarly publications in reputable journals. A capacity for
academic leadership plus other provisions of the Yellow Book.
Lecturer I
Candidates must possess good B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in
relevant fields from a recognized University and must be registered
Members of a reputable professional body. candidates must possess
cognate experience as Lecturers in approved tertiary institutions.
Knowledge of computer programming and modelling for Quantity
Surveying system is essential. And other requirements in the
University of Nigeria, Academic Appointment Guidelines (Yellow
Book).
Lecturer II
Candidates must possess M.Sc. Degree in Architecture and registered
with the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON) and must
be Full Members of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA).
Applicants must be undergoing Ph.D. Degree in Architecture as at the
time of application and other requirements in the University of
Nigeria, Academic Appointment Guidelines (Yellow Book).
Assistant Lecturer
Candidates must possess B.Sc. in relevant fields with evidence of
discharge certificate from NYSC.

Candidates must possess a postgraduate (preferably Doctorate, MFA,
etc) degree in relevant fields with at least three years of teaching
and/or research experience in a university or other comparable
institution; possession of scholarly publication will be an
advantage plus other provisions of the University of Nigeria,
Academic Appointment Guidelines (Yellow Book).

Senior Nursing Officer – CONHESS 09
Candidates should possess a Bachelor Degree or its equivalent in
related area(s) in Nursing and Registered Nurse (RN) and Registered
(RM) Appointment of Post-Intern Nurse plus at least six (6) years
post qualification cognate experience.
Nurse Tutor – CONTISS 8
Candidates should possess B.Sc, the N.R.N. and N.R.M. or in the case
of a male, the N.R.N. or the equivalents plus any of the following
equivalent qualifications recognized by the Nursing Council of
